苗俊英，武汉大学细胞生物学学士，武汉大学生物物理学硕士，名古屋大学理学博士。主要从事血管内皮细胞增殖、分化和凋亡分子机制研究，以及神经元存活与凋亡分子机制研究。现任山东大学教授，从事发育生物学和细胞生物学教学工作。多次承担国家重大的科研项目，并已获得多项发明专利。
在国家自然科学基金（30240044、30370299、30470404）资助下，正在研究膜整连蛋白β4和磷脂酰胆碱特异性磷脂酶C对神经干细胞增殖、分化和凋亡的调节作用。其研究结果发表在Developmental Neuroscience、Bioorg Med Chem Lett 和 Acta Pharmacologica Sinica等杂志上。已获得授权发明专利2项。

武利平1961年，出生于凉城县。1992年7月，调任内蒙古二人台艺术团副团长，1996年，任团长。1997年，当选为自治区政协委员。为中国戏剧家协会理事、内蒙古自治区戏剧家协会理事。从事表演艺术工作20多年来，武利平在表演艺术方面取得卓著成绩。
辛礼生黄土高原原生态歌王，黄河歌王，山西民歌和二人台表演艺术家。1940年出生于山西省河曲县楼子营辛家坪村。
郭威又名郭源，1938年出生，土默特右旗萨拉齐镇人，曾多次参加大型文艺会演并获奖。1979年参加包头是二人台会演，演奏一等奖和作曲一等奖；2003年参加呼和浩特市文化局、旅游局、广播电视局与呼和浩特日报社、内蒙古敕勒川人家旅游独家村主办得首届二人台山曲儿、民间乐队、秧歌公演大赛，荣获演唱一等奖和演奏二等奖；2004年参加内蒙古首届二人台艺术大赛，荣获得一等奖；2004年5月参加晋、陕、蒙、冀四省区二人台艺术电视大赛半决赛，荣获一等奖；2004年5月参加晋、陕、蒙、冀四省区二人台艺术电视大赛总决赛，荣获一等奖和特别贡献奖。2004年内蒙古艺术学院聘为客座教授。
王掌良1953年出生于河曲县曲峪村，1973年毕业于河曲县巡镇中学，同年进入河曲县二人台剧团从事二人台演艺工作。1985年进入内蒙古二人台艺术团，现任内蒙古二人台艺术团演员队队长、排演办主任，国家一级演员、著名二人台表演艺术家。代表剧目有《走西口》、《打金钱》、《挂红灯》、《卖菜》、《卖碗》等。
