邓丽欣（Stephy Tang），1983年10月15日出生于香港特别行政区，毕业于香港专业教育学院时装及纺织系，中国香港女歌手、演员，前女子演唱组合Cookies成员之一。
2000年参加《Yes!校花校草选举》获得冠军，加入歌唱组合“Cookies”成为队长，并获得叱吒乐坛颁奖典礼“叱吒乐坛新力军组合铜奖” 。2005年开展个人演艺事业，推出的个人音乐专辑《Coloring Stephy》获得IFPI白金唱片销量。

邓丽欣出道前是兼职模特儿，也是2000年《Yes!花校草选举》的冠军，后被模特儿公司Talent Bang推荐加入香港百代唱片而加入乐坛。Stephy一直以唱歌为主要事业，但在电影方面也有很大的成就，首部担正女主角的《龙咁威2003》票房便破1700万。
后来主演的《十分爱》、《我的最爱》票房均为1200万。Stephy涉猎出书、拍广告、拍电视剧等。2011年签约北京海润影视，开始北上发展，拍摄电视剧及出国语专辑。
