崔天琪才是真正泄露训练方式的人，她提出淘汰学员泄露训练方式只是为了撇清自己的嫌疑。崔天琪是吴飞派到烈火神盾的卧底。她在训练营时利用自己的手环和小迪平板电脑成功进入了烈火神盾的防火墙，浏览了烈火神盾的训练方式和学员成绩，而且在进入烈火神盾后更是利用自己学员的便利浏览和复制了大量信息，将这些信息传给了吴飞，吴飞这才用了烈火神盾一模一样的训练方式，剧亮当了崔天琪的替罪羊，间接保护了崔天琪的卧底身份。
